Who I am

About My Legal Practice

I am an attorney based in Gdynia, representing clients in family law, criminal defense, civil disputes, business matters and legal issues involving foreign clients in Poland. My work focuses on strategy, negotiation and strong legal protection — not only on court proceedings.

Many legal problems should be solved before they reach the courtroom.

The goal is not conflict. The goal is the best possible result.

Approach

What Makes My Approach Different

Negotiation First

Court is often the last step, not the first one.

Strong legal strategy starts earlier.

Practical Solutions

Clients need decisions, not legal theory.

Every case is built around realistic outcomes.

Personal Responsibility

Cases are handled directly by a lawyer, not lost in office administration.

International Perspective

I regularly work with foreign clients and cross-border legal matters.

Communication in English and French is part of daily practice.

My legal practice includes:

divorce and complex property division cases

criminal defense and appeal proceedings

business disputes and negotiations

inheritance and succession matters

legal support for foreigners in Poland

residence permits and citizenship matters

Experience

Experience That Protects Clients

I also completed international arbitration and mediation training conducted in English, focused on practical dispute resolution and negotiation strategy.

Because in many important cases, negotiation determines the result before the judgment does.

International clients

Legal Help for International Clients

Many of my clients live outside Poland or handle legal matters here as foreigners. Most cooperation can be handled remotely.

Legal help should be clear — even when the system is not.

This includes:

  • divorce from abroad
  • criminal defense during travel or work in Poland
  • inheritance involving Polish property
  • immigration and residence matters
  • business disputes with Polish companies

Method

How I Work

I believe legal work should reduce chaos, not create more of it. Clients come to a lawyer when something important is at risk: family, money, reputation, freedom, future.

understanding what truly matters

building negotiation leverage

protecting evidence

acting early, not too late

The legal process is only a tool. The real goal is protection.

Why clients come

Clients Usually Come Here For One Reason

That should be standard. Unfortunately, it often is not.

They need someone who:

responds quickly

explains clearly

takes responsibility

and does not disappear when the case becomes difficult
